X-Challenge rider down

Hi. Not sure if I'm placing this thread in the right place. i have just found out that a rider on an X-Challenge has been hit by a car at the intersection of Gerhard and Jean Ave in Centurion. This happened at about 13h00 today. One of the ladies that work with me was also hit by the car that hit the motorcyclist. I have seen a picture of the bike and it doesn't look good. The rider has been taken away in an ambulance, but our lady says the rider is likely very hurt as the rider took a very big hit.

One can only hope the rider comes out of this ok
