Very interesting!

What's your source?  Could be the Husky version of the 690?  Same layout, more or less the same size engine.

Just did a quick scan of how people are reacting to it on AdvRider and Cafe Husky and most comments seem negative - "just a 690 with different plastics" about sums it up!
Will be a while before we see anything non "KTM with different plastics"
I do give them a 10/10 for trying to, at the very least, offer an unorthodox version of one.
