I just contacted Cytech to find out a price on Hepco & Becker hard luggage racks for the XCountry.
Obviously then I used the search function on WD and now I know all about "Raped by Ray" and not quoting with VAT included and all that. Still, I contacted them because getting aftermarket stuff for the XCountry is very difficult and they are the one place that actually has pannier racks.
So my question, now that I know all about Ray and Cytech: Are there any vendors on WD that I can rather do business with in this regard?
