registering new bike -- Help???

Hi, I just bought a GS fro a private seller and got financing from the bank. The last step in this process (that felt like months) is to get the original NATIS document from him and to register the vehicle in my name.  After this the deal will be settled and I can eventually get the bike..

I would have to go to the licensing department and stand in queus right? What advice does anyone have on this? Easier way? What can I do to assure this goes as fast as possible?
