Sparkplugs for DR650
« on: April 10, 2014, 12:32:06 pm »
I just bought sparkplugs for my DR, I bought CR10EK I see it is a twin spark plug. The ones that was in there is CR10e. Will it be ok to put the new ones in?
Who needs a road anyway?

The K denotes a twin ground electrode.

The CR10EK will work. It's only draw back is it's more expensive.

Various claims as for advantages are better flame front propagation due to the ground electrodes being on the side (this point is reversible!) and longer service life due to two ground electrodes instead of one (and still only one centre electrode  ??? )
