The Rondawel Pad is now my all time favorite road.

Adventure Hunter on his Transalp 700

The Tankwa probably had more rain than in previous years , so some long parts of the Rondawelpad are like riding in shallow riverbeds , lekker !

We then headed for stonehenge down another lesser known dirt road,
Where Dukgeluk made us a braai.

After The Braai , we took a ride out to the airstrip and the Pan where they are building all the art for Afrika Burns,
On route , I met up with Arrowfeather , he does aerial rigging and is helping them build these huge structures " which they burn" ???

PREVIOUS YEARS @ Afrika Burns

But the road there was a bit sandy and lekker !
After that  at 16h00, we blasted down the R355 to the Padstal for some "Dust remover" then Ceres for fuel and I gt home sometime after 7.
Lekker moeg , but a good day in the saddle , with good company
