The 20x10x7 size isn't the right one.I bought two, fitted the first one and it lasted for 150 kms and started leaking again.I sanded the second one down to a 6 and fitted it yesterday. Will see what it does.....The original size is actually a 20x10x6.

The 10x20x7 is what is recommended in the Suzuki microfiche , is there any wear on the shaft or any sharp lips that can cut the seal a bit further down the shaft .

Nothing, but the original seal seals on the bottom and the seal I bought from bearing man seals on the top....The 7 makes it stand out about 1 mm,so if it gives me shit again,I'll try the original seal from Suzuki.
