My only issue is I am getting baggy, my skin has not caught up with a 29kg loss, sorry if it said 39kg earlier :peepwall:

picked up a metric shit-tonne since +- May last year.

Starting more or less from scratch again.

At least I know it is super do-able.

I have found that riding becomes wayyyy easier the fitter you are, or is that just me? ;)

Same story for me.
Started December on 130kg and stopped Banting for the whole month, gained 6kg, that still leaves me 17kg down so I'm not too worried. Been getting back into banting slowly for the past week.
May the bridges I burn light the way...

Been on banting through Dec. as well as cross fit.
Started on 103kgs, now at 111kgs but told that is as a result of muscle being heavier than fat.

Will get there.

Ek het tans minder as 20% vet in my liggaam volgens die toetse maar ek is obese, so hoe verloor n ou spier massa????
