Friend of mine, Rudi, makes pannier racks ( and panniers based on Touratechs) for 1150's. I got myself a set of racks to mount my Trax panniers. Modded the attachments and used his bolt-on system
Cost of the racks R1 200.00 and with panniers R9 500.00.
I tested the racks with loaded 37L panniers on a trip with some rough bits and they are good. He's an engineer and its a high quality product.

EDIT : Forgot to mention, Rudi also makes a very nice Topbox, with a custom mounting plate strengthened by the support bars you see in the pics.

2. The way it bolts to the rack. Less than a minute to unbolt and remove the pannier. The Trax latch system does not work due to the shape of the racks.
