By demand of the members and looking back at the success of the first XT Bash we had last years, we are happy to
announce the 2nd Annual XT Bash.
I'm sure that everybody that attended last year was happy with the experience and this year can look forward to a similar experience.
DATE : 8, 9 and 10 August 2014
VENUE : Koedoeskloof
COSTS : You must take one of the PACKAGES. There are two options :
1. Camping : R 425
What you get for your money:
Camping for two nights
Full English breakfast with bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomato and toast on Saturday and Sunday
mornings.
Friday night : Will be a warm meal and will be something like a Hungarian Goulash
(or similar) with rice and sambals.
Saturday night : Braaipack with steak, chop, boerewors and patato salad, roosterkoek
and green salad and desert (malva pudding)
Included in the price is also the cost towards braaiwood for the weekend.
2. Sleep inside B and B accommodation : R 745
What you get for your money:
Shared accommodation with rooms with single beds.
(There is one room available with a double bed)
Rooms also have showers and bathroom.

The rate is for two people sharing ONLY. You therefor need to find a buddy to go in with you. We need to book out the fixed accommodation.
Booking for fixed accommodation will be handled on the basis that you confirm availability before you pay.
It will be handled on a first come, first serve basis. If you want the room, you need to pay soonest.
We will not reserve a room indefinitely, as the demand is quite high
