Hi to all the dogs.
Herewith the final arrangements. An e-flyer will also be posted at a later stage.

We plan a nice Sunday morning breakfast run to the Bikers Museum in Deneysville. All in aid of the Cancer.vive outreach.
You pay R100.
You get:
a) A buff or bandana (your choice and in 3 different colours)
c) A fun day
d) The knowledge that you helped someone suffering from cancer

Date: 06 July 2014 (Sunday)
Getting together for the ride to teh venue:  I suggest you gather all your mates and ride out on your own to Deneysville. There are too many people from too many different areas coming.
Venue: Bikers Museum in Deneysville
Breakfast: For your own account. They offer a buffet type, but you only pay for what you eat.
Entrance: None. Just rock up and give your contribution. You can then choose a bandana or Buff.
Official "starting time": 09:30 at the Bikers Museum

Some other interesting merchandise will be available for sale at the venue.

Thanks

Thanks for the fantastic response everyone.
After a discussion with a few fellow dogs, there is another alternative as well. That is; you pay R100 plus your own breakfast, but you still get the Buff/bandana.
Some of the lady dogs indicated that they eat a little. It all comes down to the same thing at the end.

I will keep you all posted!

Strongs to you Minzi.

In my thoughts. We lost my Clean dad in 2007 to pancreatic cancer.

We busy fighting a long and hard battle at the moment.  :patch:

Thanks for all the feedback and also a few PM's.
My heart goes out to you all...I lost my Mom also to cancer. Almost lost myself as well.

In the meantime, this is what I received from the venue planned (Deneysville where the Biker Museum is):

As per our telephone conversation regarding the breakfast booking for the 6th July.

It is no problem. As we do the buffet breakfast which contains toast jams, butter, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, chicken livers, pap and wors and a potato bake.
As mentioned this is done every Sunday so the prices are set on these items making it easy for people to chose what they want and pay for what they want to eat. Our tea/coffee is only R10 a cup.
The entrance to the museum is R20 per person.

So it seems to be a good idea that we charge R100, for which you get a buff/bandana (you choose from a few colours) and you pay for your own breakfast and beer.

@ Corne
Jong; I think we must all meet there. I am always meeting the gang here on the West rand at the Sasol garage (crossing of N14 and Hendrik Potgieter). But some of my friends are in Vanderbijlpark; others come from Pretoria.
So; we can meet up at the entrance to Deneysville and cruise the 2 odd km all together to the venue. I think we will get a number of bikers en route, coming from their respective meetings points.

08:30 seems to be a good time to meet in Deneysville. At the entrance of the town.
