So, after the new chain, sprockets, speedo and tachometer were fitted I just had to take the Thumper for a "quick" spin which ended up being a most enjoyable UNPLANNED solo trippie.
Even the cattle were friendly.........
Kroonstad to Lindley via Steynsrus - 119kms of pure Free State magic gravel and neglected farm roads (now overgrown tweespoor).
Coming back was not so lekker, but lets not spoil the moment!
