Hold your horses Cowboy, says Jorge to MM...
« on: June 01, 2014, 07:01:19 pm »
Well I think Mugello was really great today.
For the most part of this season, Jorge have been out of the groove, even "oldman" rossi was showing better results.
But today, no 99 was riding the wheels off that Yammie.
It was good to see the leader position change just about every lap towards the end.
I remember a couple of seasons ago, when Stoner was on form.
He used to get pole, lead from the start, and win by a big margin.
Before today, look like this was happening again.
Roll on next motogp!

Brilliant MotoGP race again.... I wonder what changes they made to Yamaha to bring George closer to Marc? You can still see corner entry speed and line is not yet right for Yamaha (compared to teh Honda) I was thinking it might have something to do with the bigger brake disks now allowed and fitted by both Honda and Yamaha (I know Rossi had braking issues before) Resulting in the fast in, slow out racing line.....

I agree Pedrosa should move out for someone like Dovi/Bradl etc.......sometimes GP teams seem to hang onto certain riders just a tad too long.......... ???

I got the impression from the last few races that Jorge was a bit in the dumps mentally with Marc whipping his ass so regularly :lol8: I think it has taken him some time to mentally mount a challenge towards Marquez and not so much the braking issue, perhaps the two combined is what brought him closer at Mugello......... still though Marc just put head down and rode away........what do you do if you are Lorenzo........ ???
Long live the Underdog.........

Cut the oke some slack, he add arm surgery on the 6th May for major arm pump issues. All things considering, he's still riding very well for a guy with 3 weeks recovery period.
Present bikes: BETA 300RR, KTM 690, Yamaha WR250F

Doesn't Danni also bring mega sponsors Repsol to the deal?

Yep some riders can bring bigger sponsors than some factories can muster.
