KTM 700 RR Rally Kit by H.A.R.D
« on: June 02, 2014, 12:59:06 am »
I haven't been on here for a few years . Thought I would post my new bike build.

The KIT is the HARD RR Rally Kit from Australia. They used the Kit in the APC rally. Based on the Factory Rally bikes design.

Hey Mark . The bike has had no real changes to the motor yet , Other than the Pipe and the filter.
I wouldn't mind putting the Evo 2 Rally Cam in though ,with the mapping.

The Kits has been designed from the KTM Dakar factory Race bikes. (Hence the KTM Factory Rally bikes in the pictures  :) )

The Kit comes with  :
Exhaust and support brackets
Front Tanks and fuel lines
Wiring Harness/Loom,
Front complete Nav Tower ,
Heller Lights,
Blanking plates for rear tank,
Adjusting Mounting Brackets,
Carbon Fiber bash plate and Carbon Tank protector,
All the other Mounts ,brackets and fitting hardware,
Sticker Kit,

The complete Kit is $6000 AUD

Droolicious  :drif:

But just how vulnerable is that exhaust pipe to getting whacked by a couple of dik rocks where it runs?

Or roast left leg of trapped rider? OK, we wear riding gear, sure!

Do you think this is a problem?

Definitely has a nice unrestricted straight run!

I see what you are saying about it getting hit by the rocks but with the bash plate on  it protects the exhaust in the front, along the sides and all the way under the motor. Ill take a picture tonight so you can see .

The pipe on the side doesn't seem to bad , I had a look on the 660 KTM Rallye bike last night and that seems to be how they run them.
