DIE MOND / Cracking my cars sump on the R355

So after doing the EC Bash and 2 weeks later being invited by Henk van Niekerk to lead the Orange Route , at Bike Burns , I decide to spend a weekend with my lovely wife Tania Tania Blight Ross and my 10yr old Daughter , Amber.
But Amber reminds me , I need to take her Hiking , so I decide I know a place ? Erm ,let me see , , Jip , Die Mond , Tankwa Karoo ! Just cant miss and opportunity to go to my favorite place, Mmm , seems my car had other Ideas , on the R355 about 5km before " Die Mond" turn off ,there is a worn water drift across the road.
And the Hyundai Trajet bottoms and cracks the sump , 2nd gate down the DIe Mond road , Amber opens and closes a gate and says , Erm Dad , The car is leaking oil ! Have a look , and fark ! Quickly cut a piece of braai wood and knock it into the hole , hot oil burning my hands, nope not working , quick , back in the car to make a 10 km dash down the road to Die Mond Camp site , switching the car off and free wheeling down the hills.

Die Mond Camping site , R60 per night per person for camping and R100 per person per night in a Bungalow.
Hot water Ablusions , spotlessly clean,

And a river full of Geelvis and Bass.
