Ou grootbek.

BTW, my comments were tongue-in-the-cheeck. I invite you to have a cold one, then read my post again. If you still feel offended, I herewith offer my unreserved apology. No hard feelings I hope.  ;)

Oh, and I liked your story, it was well written and I will keep an eye out for the others that you promised.

No hard feelings mate. Looking forward to that promised cold one, next time just be care full of your wording, as you caused me a lot of work hunting up the old photos to prove a point Apology accepted

check out related RR's already posted on site of the dinosaurs.

Thanks for accepting the apology Allen. Again, for the rest out there, I made some stupid comments in my earlier post in an effort to be funny, but I now realise it was not funny after all. I will be more careful in future, and thanks for the trouble with the old photos.

No problem mate as i stated previously apology accepted, no harm done accept making me have to dig up old photos, the query would of come up some time by some one els, its just a wee bit difficult when a ou has done thees "gooites" so many years back to get the photies relating to them, and a lot of the time i didn't even take any pics, but as i stated they live on in my memories.

As to the ous on the forum, im sure they are big enough to see it as a mistake that happened and that you realised what you done and was man enough to own up and apologize to it.

Jaaged a lot of "kak" on in those days. some good and some bad, even old Ian wasn't an angel as a im busy with a RR that relates back to him. Still owe me that cold one.

Excellent narration, very funny story. ALLEN1. Must admit, some ou's on the farms don't have much to do, so they go out to pull one with bikers.  :ricky:
The bokkie in the kort rokkie, Louis the Dude, could not keep his package in his jean, knowing bikers fly down the road, so his Pa and Booties, made him wait down the road to see, what he would bring home that day.

If the bokkies name was Louise, the story may be more believable.  :imaposer:

Quote:"By the way the bokkies name was Louis."  :3some: Yep, you wrote that.  :3some:

Some would say, the writer made "A faux pas" (/ˌfoʊˈpɑː/ plural: faux pas /ˌfoʊˈpɑːz/) is a socially awkward or tactless act, especially one that violates accepted social norms, standard customs, or the rules of etiquette.[1]

Now let's get back to the bokkie.
 :deal:LOUIS :deal:

GENDER: Masculine :drif:
USAGE: French, English, Dutch
PRONOUNCED: loo-EE (French), LOO-is (English)   [key]
Meaning & History
French form of Ludovicus, the Latinized form of LUDWIG. This was the name of 18 kings of France, starting with Louis I the son of Charlemagne, and including Louis IX (Saint Louis) who led two crusades and Louis XIV (the 'Sun King') who was the ruler of France during the height of its power, the builder of the Palace of Versailles, and the longest reigning monarch in the history of Europe.
Apart from among royalty, this name was only moderately popular in France during the Middle Ages. After the French Revolution, when Louis XVI was guillotined, it became less common. The Normans brought the name to England, where it was usually spelled Lewis, though the spelling Louis has been more common in America. Famous bearers include French scientist Louis Pasteur (1822-1895), Métis leader Louis Riel (1844-1885), who led a rebellion against Canada, and Scottish author Robert Louis Stevenson (1850-1894), who wrote 'Treasure Island' and 'Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde'.

Ja Boet ..... lekker Photo Shopped photo's of Louis.  ;D ;)
