So I managed to lose both my bike keys in the last 2 months and ended up using my plastic valet key. So I decided to take the bike to BMW to have the new keys ordered and left to work all smiling. Stopped at the garage for petrol and………..snap the flippen plastic key broke. So I left my bike at the garage and took my car to work.
BMW on call will assist for a call out fee of R400…….
So I phone BMW Zambezi and they offered to collect my bike without any issues and while there they will do the other warrantee claims, arrange new keys and service my bike.
Bike was collected within an hour of calling them.
