So I send my bike in for a 80000km service.
While removing the spark plugs, the one plug "picks up" the thread in the head and damages it. I get a call from the SP, saying they have a problem and that the head will have to be removed and sent to an engineering place to have the spark plug thread repaired.
When I collect the bike, I notice an entry on the invoice for the thread repair.
Now my question: What is reasonable? Do I pay for the thread repair or do I complain and refuse to pay, since there wasn't a problem with it before it went in to them for the service?
And no, I will NOT reveal who the SP was!
