... at last  :biggrin: its been a while since I've done something useful, had a few potentials, but could not get my head around it.

A bike must have a purpose. I was getting frustrated just pottering around the past two years or so, and, I need a gravel bike for the occasions where the 1150 does not suit (I'm not shy to admit I use it more like an RT soft-roader tourer than hardcore gravel bike. Its what I bought it for)

Got the bike from saklx650c, as it seemed like a good bike for a project. Knew nothing about the bikes, did some reading, and they do look like they have purpose.

So here goes the plan... a rebuild (and some upgrades), with some mods to make it suitable for touring shorter trips. Post some pics to give me ideas  :thumleft:
