The wiring took the longest and required some planning. Phase 1 complete, Rally Lite kit installed, together with all lights for the road. Next will be navigation.

Nice! I love the WR's. Just wish they had 6 in the box like the Katooms.

My WR goes from 80 to 160 on it's fifth gear - pulls like a train all the way.
Yes but they scream at those speeds, a 6th makes it a nice over drive for cruising. Nice build Scooterbike  :thumleft:

Agree - I find myself looking for a 6th from time to time.

Scooterbike - Nice work there

Pulled out the new Trail Tech today. Got bullet cut spacers made this week to mount it on top of the bar clamp. Could not mount the Trail Tech in front of the bar clamp as the front break hose is doing some trampoline action in that space. This actually worked out well,  now space is more optimised. Wired it straight to the battery so that there will never be a power cut due to another device. Installed the temp sensor on the radiator hose, and tapped onto the spark plug power for the rpm gauge. Magnet onto the front disc, with hole drilled in the calliper carrier for the speedo pickup. Sounds simple but took about 4 hours.

My ICO, AKA iPhone, still needed a bracket. decided to place it below the RB, out of harm and in the shade for better visibility. Pulled out a piece of aluminium and started measuring, cutting and bending.

Damn smart looking she is.

Where did you get the black plastic covers on the frame? I am looking for a set for mine, the boots are destroying my frame.

How did you fit/secure the iPhone?
