This is an informal get together. Our hosts have offered a Package hereunder. You can choose to come along and do your own thing. The package looks reasonable and I therefore suggest you take the package to make things easier for all.
COST : R215.00 per person
FOR THIS YOU GET:
Memories and thoughts for one day when you are old (Saturday and Sunday)
One night camping (Saturday)
Plenty space for that. Ablutions facilities cater for 30 sites which work out to approx. 90 people which are fitted with electric geysers, so no problem with hot water unless you shower for longer than 5 minutes. They are also stocked with toilet paper.
If you don't have a tent, you can sleep in the hall . . . . There are no chalets etc.
Saturday evening - Braai Pack
This will consist of 1 x steak, 1 x wors, 1 x sosatie OR 1 x Skaaptjop, 2 x salads and a braai brood which you have to make yourself.
They have a dining hall and bar that can seat enough people with enough chairs and tables. They suggest that we braai in the braai areas that is available (1 under roof and 1 outside).
Cutlery and crockery will be provided.
Wood for the braai is also included.
Ice is for free.
Sunday morning- Breakfast
Bacon, scrambled eggs, toast and coffee that will be served in the dining hall from 07:00.
They have a well-stocked pub without any fancy drinks. Obviously all beverages will be for your own account.
WHAT CAN YOU DO THERE??
1. Plenty routes to and from the venue.
2. Ride Katbergpass as many times as you like.
3. Bring along your fishing rods for the Saturday, ping DRAZIL for more info.
4. Take a hike to the Boesman paintings.
5. Chill.
6. Sleep.

Visarend and myself will keep record of payments made, so all updates will take place in the 1st 2 posts.
CLOSING DATE: Midnight 02 November 2014.
You need to pre-pay, if you take the package, to facilitate catering arrangements.
