Lc 4 clutch guard 690

Hi guys we had a nice trip this weekend and today on my way back home my clutch guard or lid on my 690 doped out while riding I was lucky to imediately spot it as the lid hit my boot and I looked down

What I would like to know has this happend to anyone before and what can I do to stop this from happening again I will order a new lid and rubber just to make sure but what els can I do to prevent this from hapening again

Sub, I'm considering to buy one. 
Honda XR 650L, Royal Enfield 500 classic, TVS APACHE 180, Ktm 640 adventure R, Yamaha XT250.

Your crank case breather pipe must be pinching somewhere, thus the pressure builds up and the weakest point is the clutch cover.

Give me a call this afternoon and I will try and explain better.
