2014 Kalahari Bash payments

Hi Guys, we are taking payments now.  

Cost is R150 per person attending - this includes your tshirt, stickers, entertainment, prizes, etc

Additionally you can order extra tshirts for kids and family for R100 a pop.  We will have to close orders about 2-3 weeks before the bash for tshirt printing.  We can still accommodate bash attendees after this date, BUT they will not get a t-shirt.  I will communicate this cut-of date for tshirts at a later stage.

so the process is as follows:

Decide what you want, pay your money (band details below). USE YOUR FORUM NAME AS REFERENCE.  Then add your name to the paid up list below after you have paid your money.  Make sure you state the following:

Forum name
How many people attending (at R150 a pop) and its tshirt sizes
How many extra tshirts (at R100 a pop) and its sizes

eg.

ON THE BANK ETF REFERENCE: Forum name - eg Kilroy

ON THE PAID UP ATTENDANCE LIST BELOW:

eg.

Kilroy (XXL) - R150

or

Kilroy + 1 (XXL, M) - R300

or

Kilroy + 1 (XXL, M) plus 2 extra tshirts (S, L) - R500
