I have about 8000km on my Pirelli Rallycross front taaaaier and its wearing kind of weird. The red arrow indicates the rolling direction. The weird wear is only on the "two block" section. The single block sections are fine.

I'm guessing I'm braking to hard or too much with the front on hard surfaces...?

The tyre started looking like this from 6000km. The "two block" sections are worn so bad I'm going to have to replace the tyre with way less kms on it than my rear (E07) which does not make sense.

Hope the photos get the effect over, the lower corners are slightly more than 1mm from the "base" of the tyre. The single block sections are all still looking great, I'll guess way more than 10mm left.

Is this normal?

Should I worry?

Is it something not obvious like steering bearings?

Should I learn to drive more on only my back wheel?
