Seems like this thread changed from a question to planning a ride ;D GO straight to page 7 if you want to skip all the fantastic advice I received regarding my luggage packing :thumleft:
I have tried to pack minimum but for comfortable trip using BMW Vario pannier & topbox and the result is:
Topbox (Clothes & stuff) 7.5kg
Big Pannier (Kitchen & Food) 12kg
Small Pannier (Camping stuff including tent & sleeping bag) 11kg
Tools will go in crash-bar bags! 1.5kg
Documentation & electronics in 5L tankbag
I am not an expert but have done my fair share of sandy roads so my questions are:
Am I to heavily packed 32kg total for this trip?
Is my weight distribution ok?
