So another client was looking into a small bike for a brat. He asked me what I thought of the GS450 and I jumped on it! Owning a GS425 myself, I know they are brilliant bikes... So off to Germiston we went and after a few test rides we bought the bike and I rode it back to my shop.
The plan for this bike is brat style, bare metal finish on the tank and fenders and an old brown leather for the seat and grips.
Here's the bike as it was when we got it...
I started the strip down process yesterday and stuck the tank back on to get a look. I'm now officially excited!
Client has also organised a set of spoked rims for the bike which will be a big improvement over the original mags...
