young, dynamic and passionate emergency care professionals for its remote risk and emergency medical services company.
Africa SAFE-T provides remote medical response and support to our membership clients under the supervision of our on-duty medical practitioners. Africa SAFE-T also coordinates emergency preparedness programmes for our clients and provide wilderness orientated first aid training and risk assessments.
The ECT/AEA will be expected to:
1. Take part in distant learning for the purposes of professional development;
2. Participate in the education of laypersons in Wilderness First Aid;
3. Medical Treatment of patients: Emergency and Primary Healthcare;
4. Audit our clients first aid kits and ensure they remain stocked at all times.
Competencies:
1. Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written;
2. High level of Interpersonal skills;
3. Self-motivation;
4. Excellent attention to detail.
Position Requirements:
1. ECT/AEA with a minimum of 2 years experiences;
2. Current Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa;
3. Drivers License with Professional Drivers Permit.
Position Benefits:
