Some guy is selling waterproof HES plates, basically stating that the reason why these things fail is because of water - riding when it's raining, or going through deep water. https://boxer-upgrades.webs.com/apps/webstore/products/show/3693164
any comments? If this is so, I wonder if you can make a slight mod to avoid it failing - making it sort of water proof. There are air vents in that cover plate...what will happen if you cover it up?
