Getting a wrap done, to protect the tanks
Also did the side winglets

It has been 3500km since I left home and I have at least another 1500km to go before I will return.

A detailed ride report will follow but here's some pics.

Day 1 - I sent the panniers ahead to Williston



Day 2 - Arriving GP on a dirt road :thumleft:

The load I'm carrying...will change that rear in Bloem before heading home.



I has been an unbelievable journey to date. Riding solo through some of the most beautiful parts of the Karoo, Eastern Freestate and Mpumalanga.

I did 5079km on this solo trip:

I'm going for 20000km on the 2014 with no issues :thumleft:

This Adv is more nimble than one would ever have imagined but picking it up does not help my back!great shots by the way!

Back home!! First time back on a bike since my accident in November!
Fetched the GSA from BMW and fitted a few accessories from Motorradical and flying brick.....





Headlight protector grid


Spotlight protector





Two finger levers from Flying Brick

Tomorrow I will go back to the spot where I crashed and try to figure out what happened??
