DRZ 400 Carb Problem
« on: September 30, 2014, 07:13:23 pm »
Hi Everyone,

My DRZ 400 E (with a Keihin FCR 39 Carb) has a broken Vacuum Release Plate.

The plate somehow became warn broke on the one corner causing my bike to continually over rev.

Has anyone else experience this problem? I am looks for a new Vacuum Release plate, or second hand carb, or second hand release plate and seal.

Can anyone assist me?

Thanks

http://www.motocomp.co.za/Carb%20Parts.html

Look under the download page for the SUDCO int section.

Located in KZN got everything and some more! Prices also better than agents!
Ordered carb spares on several occasions and never had any hassles!
Hope the microfiche is of the correct  FCR carb and that the info helps!
