Just a short message to tell about the excellent service I received from the team at Raceworx KTM.
I have a brand new KTM 690 that I took out on a bit of a wild ride last Saturday. The ride included a technical hill climb (rocks) during which I completely burned my clutch out. This was entirely my own doing... Seems I ran out of talent half way up!
Took the bike in to Raceworx, and asked that they do the initial 1000 km service (it has about 750 kay's on) as well as repair the clutch.
Got an email confirming who will do the work (Ross), and that they will call me as soon as its done.
24 hours later I got an email and phone call from Keith (Service manager), saying that the bike is sorted, and ready for collection.
Got the bike today, in spotless condition.
I really appreciate this kind of customer service, and take this opportunity to pass on a big high five to Herman, Keith, Marius, and Ross at Raceworx.
