Looking for Bash Plate for a R80 GS.

Hi Guys any body knows where can I find a proper bash Plate for my R80 GS ( not the original). ??? ???
Also anybody knows how can I make the seat of my Bike more comfortable for long Trips Eg.. Gel ,different kind of foam etc...???? ??? ???
How can I improve my Riding position when I am standing ( I have to bend to reach the handlebar) eg Lowering foot pegs Kits, ( I already lifted the handlebar a bit with some kind of Separators aprox 5cms.)??? ot: ??? ??? ??? ???
