8 bikers arrested for going over a solid white line

Heard on 702 this morning that 8 bikers were arrested yesterday in J-burg during peak hour traffic for going over a solid white line. ARRESTED â?? wow that a bit harsh. Apparently they spend the day in the slammer and were later released on R1000 bail.  For fooks sake, unless there is more to this story â?? arrest the people driving dangerously in the yellow line, make u-turns on the high-way, run traffic lights just to stop on the other side to pick up passengers, or fools overtaking on the solid line on open roads.  Now I ask myself, did any of these guys endanger anybody?  We are bikers, sure we do stupid things sometimes.  BUT I bet you a bundle none of us would willfully endanger someone else life, cause in doing so, we endanger our own.  Apparently they were arrested for reckless driving : pretty sure a fine would have done the trick.  Man I am so bloody pssssssed off now.
