The Extreme 2000 MKII now has a top quality neoprene battery pouch. This is a significant improvement over the old Velcro & Nylon battery packs. The battery pack has been upgraded on 28 May 2014.
It is equipped with 3 powerful Cree XM-L T6 LED’s, which are able to produces a jaw dropping 1950 real lumen of crisp white light.
The Extreme 2000 has a unique wide beam (105 deg) that completely floods the road in front of you. This flood changes over smoothly to a sharp hot spot, easily illuminating everything up to 100 meter.
It attaches to your bicycle using a simple but trustworthy o-ring system. It is compatible with the bolt on quick release system.
The light is equipped with a low level warning. The rear button will change to red when battery is running low.
It has 3 modes. high, low and Strobe. You can change between modes by pushing the rear button.
What is unique to Extreme 2000 from Extreme Lights
The driver is not the standard driver. We specified that the LED’s work in unison and therefore you gain the advantage of higher efficiency on low level. It is also a 3 mode driver. Very few made use of the standard mid mode.
The battery pack is encased in a thick rubber shell as well as durable material pouch is supplied.
