Hey , I'm the last guy who should chirp about water. I lost a 990 in a river two years ago. When it goes there is nothing you can do.

I saw your thread. Bummer about the water ingress.
Did you get the gearbox and FD clean yet?
3rd time that I changed the oil already. Still not dry but I am getting there.
I'm busy prepping my bike for the next water crossing. Relocating the breather pipes at least and I will carry a spark plug socket  :deal:
