Sunday 28 December, Grootriver Poort & Antoniesberg pass - lots of mist, some rain,. plenty mud, ruts.
Was great.
However,
My 6-button garage remote ejected from its holster along the way.
as did my orange R1200GSA head light cover and a spider chair.
We rode from Grootrivier to Patensie.
Somewhere up above the Grootrivier crossing, on the steep uphill climb before the top, these items ejected and fell onto the piste,
If you found the chair in its custom cover, good luck, its an el cheapo and only has sentimental value as it has traveled over 150 000 km on my bikes all over SA, Namibia and Lesotho in the last 3 years, so was time expired anyway
However, if you picked up the headlight cover or remote, drop me a PM, I'd like them back.
We passed three groups of bikes on this traverse and some who were turning back.
It was an awesome day which ended up in Dooringkloof in the BaviaansKloof.
Great to meet n greet so many bikes on this four day Dash to Baviaans 2014.
