End of Decemeber, between Christmas and New Year, I had a silly fall that knocked the wind, and also my ability to ride a motorcycle, right out of me, for a while

Bar the Pain before and during the recovery process; the worst thing by far about this situation; is not being able to do anything while the bone heals and you cannot move around
Even walking can result in discomfort as vibrations = movement; movement = pain
Sitting/lying with a support under the arm is the only real 'safe' position
Shoulder support sling works to immobilise the damn arm; but it gets very uncomfortable
....and the pain medication means you cant really read a book or try and concentrate for too long; argh its boring

And then, the fact that you know you will not ride anything for a while.
Riding has always been something therapeutic for me; thinking of nothing else than your current ride, the scenery and nature and places and people - has always made me feel good

Its getting better day by day, but ooh, do I look forward to being able to go see the sun set somewhere far, far from everything; with just my two wheels

anyway; I'll let the pictures tell the story
