we have two days to do this route, sleeping at Verneekpan first and then at Augrabies. I know most of the first part of the route, I am just not sure exactly where is the Verneekpan overnight spot. But we are considering just picking a spot and setting up a tent on the pan.
But from there I am not sure...
Is there a nice gravel route from Verneekpan to Riemvasmaak? I know we are to take the green route in the picture, but is that THE augrabies falls also on that green route? We intend to visit Riemvasmaak and then sleep at Augrabies, I take it we will have to do that part of the green route twice?
How long does the whole of the gravel route R359 from Kakamas to Upington via Keimoes take... we need to spend a minimal amount of time on the route on day 3.
