Problems on the DR650 se

Ok, seeing as the BM1200 lc has 30 odd pages for a bike in it's 2nd year of production I think we need one as well for our bike thats been around for 20 years,, 

my problem,,, I can smell petrol when I open the tank to fill it,,

2.) Causes excessive daydreaming about riding, resulting in no work being done
3.) Way too much fun; it can't be legal to have that much fun.

If I twist the throttle I move forward. The more I do that the faster I go  ???

Something wrong with yours , when I open the throttle it goes forward and up , the more I open the throttle the higher it goes  :biggrin:

when I ride mine it makes a noise (Almost like music) from the exhaust - such a nice noise I am looking for another DR.

Current KTM 950 Adv, R80G/S x 2, TW200,  DR200 Djebel,, XR500R
Previous: YAM AG175, BSA Lightning 650, XT500, KAWA KZ1300, XR500R, VF750-4 BMW K100, WR45,0 DR650 x 2,  XT600 Tenere, XR200,

I have one which has done over 130,000km and it does not use oil yet. Should I worry? Every KLR uses oil from new :evil6:
