just heard this site from a friend after a visit back to Cape Town after I mentioned to him I was member of the Bike Squad intake 1979 - 1980. First drafted to 1SAI in Bloemfontein volunteered for Bike Squad and made the selection. Completed coin ops at Breede in Potch then off to SWA Spes in Oshvello. Now living in New Zealand looking back on the memories it feels like yesterday except when I try and engage my brain to remember names and places. When I mention some of things we did in the Bike Squad people in New Zealand can't believe the time had.
