I am interested to know something about this old pass on the R102.
I once went to the original causeway, accessed through the forest way back when tubing the river was informal and not commercially restricted.
I know that the Western approach is only accessible through a locked gate on an organised tour, but I was wondering if the old road from the Eastern end can still be explored ?
