Navigator V not staying connected to BB. Sorted

My BB paired with my Navigor V and could make calls, etc. I subsequently loaded Smartphone Link on both devices, but found out there is no functionality with the Smartphone Link. I deleted Smartphone Link from my BB. My BB does not function with my Navigator anymore. When I pair it is connects for a few seconds then disconnects. The phone is also greyed out on the the Navigator's home page. I suspect the Smartphone Link is the cause of the problem, but I don't know how to delete it from my Navigator. Can anybody give me advice on how I can get my BB to stay connected to my Navigator. I have already unpaired and repaired all devices on the Navigator.

Headset made active and everything works again. Smartphone Link was not to blame!
