So whether you are refurbishing those worn grips or perhaps want to protect them from eventually getting worn and needing replacement..........

Cricket bat grips are a quick, easy and very cheap way of doing just this.

I bought some GM (Gunn & Moore) black replacement grip for the princely sum of R39.00 from a Sports shop - one grip will do both sides of the bike.

Cut them to size by measuring it on your handles......... and get two plastic bags, and a pair of scissors ready!  :thumleft:

I watched this video - and used the exact same method on the bike..... worked so nice that I sommer did the GSA & the F650's grips....

And the finished grips of the bikes - took about 20minutes for the two bikes........... and the result was great - definitely more grip and the heater elements still work perfectly!
Minimal size increase of the grip diameter - but definitely better for me..
