Ok so we left my house at just after 5am and back again just after 10pm. The neighbours saw us in the street and we got stuck at their house till 1am.
So I am exhausted today and can honestly say that yesterday was the hardest thing that I have ever done. Louis and I both managed to finish 4 laps.
I had a total of 2 hours on my bike and added another 3.5 hours yesterday. Meaning I spent more time racing than training. And my body felt it.
I have blisters on my hands and every limb aches when moving.
We also learnt a lot at our first race.
Will update a bit later, have to go.
But Louis can post some pics if he gets a chance.
