for the plumber okes

The kitchen sink, and both showers and basins - not the toilets obviously  - are connected with normal white 50mm pipes - it run into a reduced 32mm black pvc pipe which run about 30m to a hole filled with stones.  In order to sypher away.  now this system is clogging up.

I suspect that i was penny wise, pound foolish with the 32mm pvc pipe.  Will it be better to have a drain next to the house with a thicker pipe feeding the 50mm white pipes' waste to the hole?  if so - what size and type pipe will work.  i would guess minimum 50mm white pipe, or maybe something thicker?
