:imaposer: :lol8: Leave my blue Crocs alone - I love them !!! And belief me - although you may not see it - they were tied down thoroughly!!!

I lost one once in the Duiwenhoks river while sinking in some underwater silt - and found it 11 months later and a few km downstream - unscathed -  so they've got a long story...  :ricky:  :angel5:

The "road" conditions through  the Baviaans is really getting "adventurous" - off course ideally suited to thumpers! I feel sorry for the local people with their cars, and I must say if you take a "big bike" through the Baviaans now - you must either feel nothing for the bike and/or have tons of back-up capital...  :deal:

Really that bad? I'm planning on passing through there two weeks from now, alone on my 800gsa. Bad idea?

Hi DCR,the road is accessable but heavy corrugated ,a lot of potholes, some big holes with water and mud,but you can negotiate them, they try to repair the road using anything from clay to sharp stones, reduce speed and enjoy the scenery ,this all can change if they get more rain,so check the weather, enjoy  :ricky:

On 800 no problems unless it has been raining a hell of a lot then any scoot will sukkel through the river crossings
