No problem. At least this gives an indication of what is achievable with these mods.

Wheel dynos can apply two corrections to the output figures. The first is correction for transmission losses to get the output at the crankshaft, the rule of thumb for this is 15% but varies considerably. I have no idea what it would be on a DR. The second is correction for altitude where the difference in air density at the test location and at sea level is taken into account. This is also about 15% for Gauteng. All manufacturer output figures are given at sea level. This is pretty annoying for us up on the reef as you need to get 15% more power from your mods before you even match the stock output figures at the coast.   :-\

Which rear tyres and pressures were you running at the time of the dyno test?

hoekom?

Sal graag beter mid range wil he.

Worked on the DR a bit last night. It now has -

Snorkel out and 50mm circular hole drilled for better breathing
Uni-Filter taken out and replaced with better fitting TwinAir Filter
GSXR 1000 Titanium can
42.5 pilot
147 main jet
Tapered needle, second clip from the bottom
D-Shelf mod
Drilled slide
Fuel screw 2 turns out (might increase this slightly).

Took it for a quick spin afterwards - very nice :ricky: :ricky:

My nog niks laat weet nie.

My mods is basies dieselfde as joune,,behalwe die slide boor.
