Bike Gear

yesterday i got my new SENA 20s delivered from Bike Gear.  Exciting moment!!! until i opened the box to find that the cradle was missing, everything else was there and intact.  i took some pics and sent it off to mathew at Bike Gear.  By 9am today, Mathew had allready resolved the situation and has sent me a new cradle with a few extras to make up for the inconvenience.

Not sure what happened here, BUT what is important when things go wrong is the reaction.

Mathew, you guys rock......the no hassle response was refreshing.  you guys have kept me busy with new toys for years and will allways have my support.
