So the past weekend Wolfskaap and myself did a 3 day trip from the highlands down towards Sabie in the lowveld. Although I have ridden Mpumalanga numerous times before we tried some back road tracks and trails to see how far we could get, we ended up doing a thousand clicks and saw some memorable scenery. It was like riding the area for the very first time. Along the way we had some scary moments like riding through a bloudraad gate at 40km/h with the predictable outcome for one of us at least and doing a high side near Starvation Creek mountain side. Wolfskaap was on his plated YZ450 with a WR gearbox and had a blast, I was riding my 530. Will add to the post as I get home.
