The smaller bikes are definitely the way to go, lighter, quicker and a lot of grin factor!  don't think my S10 is going to be getting any off road action in the near future.

As wild and amazing as my SE is I am thinking the same. It was the most fun I have had with my clothes on for a while.  :ricky:

Thinking about a lawsuit here........
I was unfortunate to have an accident at the bash. Not a bike related one, I broke a tooth on an olive at Saturday night's supper. Got it fixed up this morning, but found out that there are seven of my teeth that for some reason the medical aid will only pay to be worked on once per year. Haven't got the bill yet, but I know it's going to cost me.
Now, if this was America..... :deal:....

INDEMNITY/DISCLAIMER  :

Dual-sport motorcycling inherently involves dangerous activities. Anyone who puts their name on the Attendance List and attends the Bash, do so voluntarily and acknowledge that they accept the risks as their own free choice.

[In English that means that, if you do something stupid and hurt yourself, it is your problem,( but of course being Wilddogs, and caring human beings, we will offer the help we can)]

As no one else apparently got injured while eating it was not an inherently dangerous activity  :deal:

Your problem  :lol8:

Ok, some pictures I took, apologies for the pic quality - dusty cellphone pics!
Had a brilliant time, have owned a Dakkie, 800GS, 1150GS, and now a G450X...

For it's purpose - the G450X is more fun than ALL 3 combined!

Cheers

Waiting for my party to catch up just before riding up to the top of the platu at the end of the Witterberg road

We stayed over at De Rust Backpackers , The Foundry, Heno Petzel owns the place, Matin Petzils brother.
In the morning through Meiringspoort , then the 90km dirt road to Willamore, some fuel and a coffee and off to the Baviaans driest I have ever seen it at this time of th year.

Home was own through Unionale,Price Alfreds Pass, Koms se pad, Kysna to Mosselbay , RH up through Herbertsdale, all the way to Koedoeskloof, got there just before dark. 685 km.
Eugene and Debby made us feel very welcome as always and we ate those awesome Kudo Burgers and drank some more , lol.

Next day Anysberg m Montague, Robertson and home.

Lurkers son Chris had a small off on the way home , no damage to him or his bike luckily.

Here Martin is waving Lurkers new Ktm 1190R in for a pit stop with Chris his son ridding next to him!
